Resumo em três frases

Compras dentro do app

  1. o retorno das Crias da Noite, quando a caçada delas amadurece;

🇺🇸 English

Three-sentence summary

  1. SANGUINE has no server, no account and asks you for nothing: your progress lives on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, is synced by Apple inside YOUR own account — we never see it and never keep a copy.
  2. The game shows rewarded ads — videos you choose to watch in exchange for a reward. To do that, Google AdMob collects device identifiers and usage data, like any app with ads.
  3. You can refuse tracking when your iPhone asks. The game works exactly the same; the ads just become less relevant.

What the game stores — and where

Everything SANGUINE saves lives only on your iPhone, in the app's own local storage (localStorage). That includes:

We transmit none of it anywhere. There is no SANGUINE server to send it to, and we share it with nobody.

iCloud sync (your progress across devices)

So that switching iPhones — or reinstalling the game — does not erase your night, SANGUINE keeps a copy of the save in iCloud, inside your own Apple account, using the iOS key-value storage service (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore).

What that means, plainly:

How to turn it off: iOS Settings → tap your name (Apple Account) → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Show AllSanguine → turn it off. You can also turn off iCloud Drive entirely. Turning it off makes iOS remove the synced copy from the device; the game's local save stays where it is.

Apple's handling of this data follows Apple's own policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Advertising (Google AdMob)

SANGUINE uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads only: short videos that appear only after you tap a button that plainly says it is an ad. In exchange you get something in the game (double the dawn's dregs, continue after falling, one free coffin a day, an extra draft reroll, or rushing the Brood).

There are no self-opening ads, no interstitials between screens and no banners stuck to the screen. At most 5 ads a day, and only if you choose to watch all five.

To select, show, frequency-cap and measure those ads, Google collects and processes data directly from your device, without passing through us. Typically:

Google uses this data to serve ads, cap repetition, measure performance and fight fraud. We neither receive nor see any of it individually — we only see aggregate reports in the AdMob dashboard (how many ads were watched, how much they earned), which identify no one.

How this works, at the source:

Tracking — and how to refuse it

The first time you tap an ad button, your iPhone will show the App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether SANGUINE may track your activity across other apps and websites.

In-app purchases

Purchases (rubies, packs, the Full Moon and The Pact subscription) are processed by Apple, through StoreKit. We never see, receive or store your card, your Apple ID or your payment details. All that reaches the app is the confirmation of what was bought and, for the subscription, how long it is valid — and that stays on your iPhone only. See Apple's policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

What the game still does NOT do

Notifications

The game may send local notifications — reminders scheduled by your own iPhone, with no server and no push:

  1. the return of your Children of the Night, when their hunt matures;
  2. a daily 8pm reminder about Tonight's Night.

They exist only if you allow them when iOS asks. No data is sent or received to schedule them — the text is computed on your device. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Night reminders, inside the game, or in iOS Settings.

Sharing (share sheet)

When you tap Share on the dawn report, the game renders an image into the app's own temporary storage and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination. We send nothing, we do not know where you sent it, and we keep no copy. Once you pick a destination (WhatsApp, Instagram, Photos, etc.), that app's privacy policy takes over.

Children

SANGUINE is an action game featuring fantasy violence and horror themes. It is not directed at children, and we do not ask anyone's age. Ads are configured with a content rating consistent with the app's App Store age rating. If you are responsible for a child who installed the game and have questions about the ads, write to the contact at the top of this page.

How to delete your data

Because everything of ours lives on the device, uninstalling SANGUINE permanently erases all progress and preferences from the iPhone. There is nothing for us to delete, because we hold nothing.

The iCloud copy is the exception: it is yours and it survives uninstalling — that is precisely why it exists. To delete it too, go to iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Show All → Sanguine → turn it off (iOS offers to delete the data), or use Manage Account Storage. Again: you are the one deleting it, inside your own account — we have no access to it.

For advertising data, Google is in charge: you can reset your advertising identifier or turn tracking off in iOS Settings, and exercise your rights directly with Google through the links in the Advertising section.

Your rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)

GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and the CCPA grant you rights over your personal data — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection.
